Paula Deen’s Cilantro Grilled Chicken

So this is a recipe from Paula Deen’s magazine that is so super easy and yummy. The measurements do not have to be precise, which why I like it. So good in fajita wraps (using chicken tenders) or just on the plate.


  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or package of chicken tenders)
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • juice of  couple limes
  • bunch of cilantro chopped up
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • S&P to taste

In bowl mix together mayo, cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, and S&P.

Using a resealable bag, place your chicken in bag and then pour in the goodness marinade you just mixed together. Close the bag and mush it till all the chicken is coated in the marinade. Place in fridge for at least for 4-6 hours.

When ready to grill, pull out chicken and grill till completely done. SO GOOD!!!

Like I said you can cut up and place in fajita wraps with those kinda fixin’s or just eat it like it is with your favorite rice or potato side. Enjoy! (Thank you Paula Deen)
